There are a few things we’ll need from you so we can build Decision Doc, but our team will do most of the heavy lifting!

Component 1: Setup

There are a few things we’ll need from you so we can build Decision Doc, but our team will do most of the heavy lifting!

1. Participate in your dedicated setup calls

Two calls – that’s all we ask of you! Join your Customer Success Team for a Kick-off call and a Communications Connect (Comms Connect) call so we can walk you through the setup process and discuss best practices for optimal engagement.

2. Submit your benefit & employee eligibility information

We need details about your ancillary benefits, your health plan documents, and contribution structure, as well as a census file of all employees eligible to enroll in your plans. Once we receive this information, our Implementation Team will do the rest to get Decision Doc ready!

3. Approve your plan-rate details

Once Decision Doc is built, we’ll send an overview of your Plans and Rates, as they’re entered into our system. This is an important step because we cannot launch Decision Doc without this sign-off. Once we receive your approval, our team will conduct final user testing, and then setup is done!

Decision Doc Communication Package

Your Customer Success team has perfected the simple steps needed to acheive high engagement, so you and your employees get the most from Decision Doc. We’ll equip you with the materials you need (flyers, email templates, icons, and more!) to ensure all employees get excited about Decision Doc – we’ll store them on your Employer Dashboard for easy access. By embedding materials into your open enrollment communications, it’ll be impossible for your employees to go through open enrollment without hearing about (and using!) Decision Doc.
